The objective of PPIS is to facilitate the management and assessment tasks performed by the Statutory Personnel Selection and Provision Service in the different personnel selection processes (transfer contest and competition-opposition).
This system must be able to:
CONTROL ACCESS TO DATA STORED IN THE APPLICATION BY USERS THAT USE IT.
DEFINE USER PROFILES WITH THE CORRESPONDING PERMITS: USERS OF DGRRHH, WITH ACCESS TO THE PARTICIPANTS 'FILE, AND USERS OF COURTS OR ASSESSMENT COMMISSIONS, WITH ACCESS TO THE BAREMATION OF PARTICIPANTS IN THE CATEGORIES ASSIGNED TO.
ALLOW THE MANAGEMENT AND BAREMATION OF DIFFERENT CATEGORIES, BASED ON THE BAREMATION PUBLISHED IN THE BOC, ALREADY BE FROM TRANSFER OR OPPOSITION CONTESTS.
TRANSFER THE BAREMATION MADE IN THE PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE OF PARTICIPANTS IN OPE TO THE CORRESPONDING OF THE LIST OF EMPLOYMENT, ALWAYS AND WHEN THEY HAVE REQUESTED TO BE PART OF THE LIST OF EMPLOYMENT.
AWARD THE PLACES CALLED IN THE OPPOSITIONS, GENERATING THE LISTS THAT WILL BE PUBLISHED IN THE BOC.
